As the sun sets behind the summit craters, the northern slope turns pink and the air becomes crisp. We invite you to experience the “Gold Hour” at our winery: a signature aperitif where volcanic soil meets the freshness of the evening.

The Tasting Journey
- Welcome: Traditional Method sparkling wine accompanied by toasted Avola almonds and fried bread bites.
- Bianco di Sei (Etna DOC): Datterino tomato tartare, fresh basil and shavings of Ragusano DOP cheese.
- Nero di Sei (Etna DOC): Rye bread crostino with Nebrodi Capocollo on smoked aubergine cream and carrots.

6:30 PM – 8:30 PM.

We recommend light clothing, along with an extra layer to enjoy the cool evening breeze of the volcano.
Wine Tasting Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours' Notice: If the booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice (24 hours or more) before the scheduled start time of the tasting, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the booking cost.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If the cancellation is made within the 24 hours preceding the tasting's start time, or in case of a No-Show, no refund will be issued. 100% of the total cost of the booking will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Booking Amendments
Changes to the date, time, or number of participants can be requested with more than 24 hours' notice from the start time. All changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation by Us
Should we need to cancel the wine tasting for any reason (e.g., force majeure, unavailability, etc.), the customer will be promptly informed and will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule the experience.
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be sent via email or communicated through the official booking channel (email wineclub@palmentocostanzo.it or by phone +39 3409925306) and must include the booking confirmation number.
